To reset to Factory Settings.
With switch powered on and no cables connected, push pin in reset hole for 6 seconds or so.
Default IP: 192.168.1.254
Set local pc to:
192.168.1.1 or something
with 255.255.255.0
Connect with http://192.168.1.254
username and password: cisco cisco
