Netbeans, java and unpack200

Modern versions of Java (JDK 14 and newer) have completely removed the unpack200 tool, which older NetBeans plugins (like the legacy C/C++ CND kit from NetBeans 8.2) rely on for extraction.

So we need the unpack200 binary from an older Java version, specifically JDK 8 or JDK 11 and this can be obtained from:

https://adoptium.net/en-GB/temurin/releases?os=mac&version=8

Choose the JDK and TAR.GZ

Extract and place somewhere, for example /opt/ and then when installing the C/C++ plugins from the NetBeans 8.2 Plugin Portal, which will fail, you can then point the unpack200 file to:

/opt/jdk8u504-b01/Contents/Home/bin/unpack200
