Current startup commands;

Start the Alpha Software;
@DFCROOT:[COMS]DFC_STARTUP.COM

Start the RMS software;
@DKB0:[SCOMAGG.S4111.STARTUP]DMS_START
affects the FixLink application on INTERFACE PC
affects the RMSLNK application on INTERFACE PC

To restart (1) without rebooting Alpha, do;
SET DEF DFCROOT:[COMS]
@STOP_PROCS.COM
@DFC_STARTUP.COM

To restart (2) without rebooting Alpha, do;
SET DEF DKB0:[SCOMAGG.S4111.STARTUP]
@DMS_STOP
@DMS_START

Adding a PATH variable on the Mac

We can modify the /etc/paths file or we can create a file under /etc/paths.d such as /etc/paths.d/docker

which could contain;

~/.docker/bin

where the docker bin was located at /Users/my_username/.docker/bin
