This relates to the module for Slackpkg called slackpkg+ which can be found here
slackpkg+ is a module for slackpkg which allows the for the installation of packages from of 3rd party repositories in Slackware. Note: dependency checking is not included.
A good write up on the module can be found here and at the time of writing, the homepage for the tool wasn't available. The package and source for the module should also be available here but again, this page failed to load.

With all that said, installation was a matter of retrieving the package and installing with pkgtool
Slackware 14.2 requires slackpkg+ 1.7 as the latest version of slackpkg+ doesnt support Slackware <15
The configuration file is /etc/slackpkg/slackpkgplus.conf
